Our Board

Catholic Finance Corporation (CFC) is an independent non-profit corporation, separate from the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, and governed by its own Board of Directors.  Board members represent community, business and the church.  The Board includes voting and non-voting members.

Current voting members are:
       Laura King, Board Chair, Vice Chancellor-CFO of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
       Deacon Robert Durham, Business Administrator of The Church of Our Lady of Grace, Edina, MN
       Julie Hurley, Owner, Preferred Management Services, Inc.
       Rev. Peter Laird, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis
       Charles Osborne, Retired EVP/CFO of Fair Isaac Corporation
       Michael Reinarts, Executive Vice President of the Pohlad Company
       Rev. Paul Treacy, Pastor of The Church of Our Lady of Peace, Minneapolis, MN
