	Home > About Us About Us A range of assistance for all aspects of building finance Catholic Finance Corporation (CFC) helps Catholic parishes, schools and other Catholic organizations in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis with their building needs, including project planning, financial advice, direct lending, providing loan collateral, or preparing for Archdiocese approvals. Our mission, quite simply, is to promote the growth of Catholic institutions. We meet this mission, in part, by providing the following services: Financial advice on building projects and refinancing or restructuring existing loans Educational/informational resources Loan collateralizations and direct loans Assistance with cash flow management, budgeting and operational issues Our Service Standards To center our interactions with our clients on a desire to serve and to enable them to fulfill their mission and ministry.
