The Board includes voting and non-voting members. Current voting members are: Albert Azcarate, Board Chair. President of AZCO Financial Group Inc. Luigi Bernardi, President of Aurora Investments, LLC. Theresa Carr, Executive Director of the American Indian Neighborhood Development Corporation (AINDC). Fr. Kevin Clinton, Pastor of Catholic Church of St. Wenceslaus, New Prague. Fr. Lee Piché, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Ex-officio member. Fr. Peter Wittman, Pastor of Church of St. Mary of the Purification, Shakopee. Jane Wyatt, Co-founder and Principal of NorthShore Advisors LLC. Non-voting members are: Archbishop John C.
