A Range Of Financing Services to Promote Growth
Our mission is to promote the growth of Catholic institutions in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. To that end, CFC partners with Catholic institutions that want or need to save time, effort and expenses when financing their building projects or refinancing or restructuring their existing loans. We provide the following financial services:
- Financial advisory services for building projects and for budgeting and operational issues
- Loan collateralizations
- Direct loans
- Education/information services
If your organization chooses to work with CFC to secure appropriate financing for your project, our role may include:
- Soliciting loan proposals from lenders
- Negotiating favorable terms and interest rates with a lender
- Collateralizing a loan using CFC funds
- Providing a direct loan using CFC funds
The assistance we can provide during your building project may range from working with lenders, to developing debt structure and determining project affordability, to advising on timing, scope and process for your project, and receiving Archdiocesan approval.
